Belt and turbine xc 70

Hello everyone from a new user in Rome, congratulations for the site organization!
 I am the owner of a xc70 registered December 2005 engine 185 hp I ask the forum two questions:
 - I have covered about 138,000 km is the time to change the distribution? Someone told me that it depends on the type of engine and the deadlines are 150,000 - 180,000 km, my should be the D5244T4.
  - it happened to me every so often during the sudden high acceleration of the message "engine system requires assistance" I was told that it is probably an electronically controlled valve inside the turbine that sometimes fails to perceive the input of the to give gas suddenly and strongly, with the consequence that it sends the engine to safety by default putting it in safety .... has it happened to someone? is it serious?
thanks for any help I can get ...
ps. before the xc70 I owned a 945 turbo gasoline :-Italypolar station there was less electronics .... but it was much better ...

Hi Jawani, the timing belt and the serpentine belt are done every 150.000 km for model Year 2006 (your car), and every 180.000 km for cars from model year 2007.
